CUA40120 – Certificate IV in Dance

The Certificate IV in Dance is a one-year intensive, full-time training program designed to develop strong, versatile performers ready to progress into advanced training or professional pathways.

Students receive comprehensive training across all major performing arts disciplines, with elective options allowing a focus on Commercial Dance, Contemporary Dance, or Musical Theatre.

This program offers a highly supportive, personalised training environment, with classes including (but not limited to):

CUA50220 – Diploma of Musical Theatre

The Diploma of Musical Theatre is a second-year, advanced full-time qualification for students committed to a career in musical theatre performance.

This program focuses on refining performance skills while providing in-depth training in the practical demands of professional stage work. Students develop the stamina, consistency, and discipline required for sustained performance schedules.

Training includes a strong emphasis on:

• Vocal Health & Maintenance

• Physical Conditioning

• Performance Endurance

• Nutrition & Body Care

• Professional rehearsal and performance preparation

Entry Requirement:
Completion of a Certificate IV in Dance and/or a high standard across all disciplines.

CUA50120 – Diploma of Dance (Elite Performance)

The Diploma of Dance (Elite Performance) is Village Nation’s most advanced dance qualification, designed for students seeking to become industry-ready Triple Threat performers.

This intensive second-year program places a strong emphasis on:

• Advanced technical training

• Artistic development

• Mental resilience

• Emotional intelligence

• Professional work ethic

Students continue training with Village Nation’s elite faculty, receiving personalised mentorship to shape them into the artist required for a sustainable professional career in the performing arts.
